SNA60-3 is a sound level controller designed for rooms without sound system (theaters, rooms for rent, restaurants ...), when the only control is the power supply switch off, penalty in accordance with decree 98-1143.
The SNA60-3 is also consistent with the standard NF S31-122-1-2017 in category 1a.
Its innovative side is presentation in a housing provided for attachment to a DIN rail or Omega rail 11 modules. This will make it very easy for the integrator to position it in a electrical cabinet, allowing a very short wiring at energy and power switch.
The SNA60-3 continuously performs acoustic pressure measuring "Leq". Acoustic moving average is configurable in level and time.
The SNA60-3 selects different sound pressure levels depending on the time and according to opening contacts windows/doors. The sound pressure measurement is effected by a a dedicated omnidirectional sensor.
• If the selected pressure level is exceeded after the specified time, a penalty is imposed in the form of a 10-second power cut.
• The power cut may or may not be permanent (after 3 exceedances within an hour, at the discretion of the installer or the operator) The SNA60-3 features a built-in acoustic self-test in accordance with standard NF S31-122-1-2017. It therefore verifies the integrity of the measurement chain and prevents fraudulent tampering. It provides a dry contact output, designed to control the power supply to the mobile public address system via a power switch.
